Last night birthday celebration ROCKED. Cleaned out my car in the morning and then went to the tea room with Ashley and Allison, and then to the mall where I bought LUSH products and a shirt. Then we headed out to Blueberry Hill an hour early because they don't take reservations on Saturday nights and I had a group of like 12 people coming. Turns out all they said was "come up when 6 people of your party are here," so I didn't NEED to be there that early. Luckily there was a bar, so Allison and Ashley and I had drinks while we waited. Dinner was delicious (and drinks too, of course!), and even though I'd invited the most mish-moshiest group of people I could come up with, half who didn't know each other, everyone seemed to get along well enough! The only drawback of the night was the non-splittable check which resulted in everyone spending a half-hour figuring out how much everyone had to pay.
After dinner, my girls from work, Tanya, and Bre went to the city museum which was AWESOME. They turn out all the lights at night and gave everyone little keychain flashlights because it was so dark! We went into tunnels, up coils, into the caves, and down like a 9-story slide. I wish we had even gotten there EARLIER.
