Have to be in at work at 7:30, and getting up at 6:15 was definitely no fun-- in fact, I'm not sure how people who get up that early ever make it past the hot shower since I certainly couldn't make myself get out. It didn't help that at 1:30am I woke up in a half-dream... I'm not exactly sure waht to call it. Obviously I was mostly asleep, but I was aware that I was awake and of what I was doing despite it not making that much sense. I guess I figured that I was late and had overslept (my mind knowing that it would still be dark at 6:15 so it being dark at 1:30 didn't change my feelings). My clock didn't seem to be a good enough sign to me of what time it was. I had to get up and go downstairs and check my cellphone's clock, then bring it upstairs and plug it in when I realized that it was really only 1:30 in the morning and went back to bed. Hmm.
Eye-doctor after work to see how things are going with the new contacts (eyes are still getting used to them, I dunno) and I may or may not stop by a family friend's knitting night because I'm WAAAAY behind on this paper and probably screwed. But the weekend is coming, yay!

Anyway ... John's going to be busy on a paper this weekend, too. But I miss you and Allison. Let us know if you want to do something. This time I know I'd be up for the London Tea Room again.
