Woken up at 4:30am and up for over an hour with stomach issues, so don't know how work will go today. I'm absolutely exhausted and working off of under 5 hours sleep, I think. I would call to come in late, but today is Splash Day, and that's reaaaally hard to do with even three teachers with all those wet kids dripping all over everything. So here goes.

Today went surprisingly well considering the morning and non-sleep issues. Managed to get through the day either way. Also day was boosted nicely by having Ash come take a 50 minute walk with me around Kirkwood, just talking and walking, and feeling really good about it afterwards. ATe a delicious baby spinach, feta cheese, tomato, and light balsamic vinigrette dressing salad for dinner. I think I will shower, and then plop down to watch Dr. Who tongiht before a (hopefully) early bedtime.

Tomorrow I see Janis Ian in concert. Hurrah!
